Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment
We accept payments through the methods displayed at checkout. All payments must be completed before order processing begins. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is due upon receipt.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that colours, dimensions, or descriptions are entirely error-free. If a product does not match its description, you may return it under our Refund Policy.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
Ganachery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
